Red Door Real Estate
Red Door is a small but powerful two-person real estate team working in Washington and Oregon. I had the privilege of working with them to give their logo and brand a revamp.
Our overall goal was to create a welcoming, approachable and trustworthy visual identity. One that would appeal to community centered, hard-working, family women and men, and feel less generic and corporate than their original mark.
Jennye, Red Door’s Broker, had originally loved cursive script lettering, so we spent some time exploring this direction. Ultimately, to help the brand feel approachable but maintain reputability, we landed on a final mark that pairs soft and honest hand-done design elements with clean professional typography.
Red Door hit the ground running with some exciting marketing deliverables; business cards, promotional infographic, and real estate signs, to name a few. Through illustration, graphics and type, these deliverables really helped us solidify their brand.
Because Red Door is working under the umbrella of Keller Williams, we had to make sure all of their deliverables included the sub logos and text that the Keller Williams brand compliance requires.
